Responsibilities:
Answer and direct main switchboard incoming calls and messages to the appropriate personnel Assist with scheduling service appointments for customers.
Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.
Receipting monies collected for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle sales Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelines Balancing the cash drawer and finalizing the deposit.
Provide backup coverage for main reception desk Organize and file service and accounting files as needed; purge files when necessary.
Light lifting.
Part Time Position:
Monday and Friday - evenings 3:
30 - close (between 7 and 8pm), and rotating Saturdays Job Requirements:

Must have a positive attitude Must provide exceptional customer service Previous cashier experience preferred Previous Automotive experience preferred Accounting knowledge is a plus - this position can provide great experience for accounting majors! Proficient computer skills Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits given with 30 hours or more consistently Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
