The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as necessary Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Responding to emails and correspondence Preparing reports, memos, and other documents Managing and maintaining records and files Organizing and scheduling meetings and events Performing other administrative duties as assigned Requirements:
