Deliveries are completed 7 days a week directly from our customer sites or any of our strategically - located logistic terminals with over 500,000 square feet of space.
Position:
Direct from Store (DFS) (You will not have a direct reporting warehouse- essentially you will be remote directly from each store) Type:
Hybrid/Remote

It is an opportunity for the customer to order online and have their items delivered from a local Home Depot store by a Temco driver that will accommodate the order.
Items that can be ordered and delivered next day include Concrete, Doors and Windows, Drywall, Fencing, Grills, In-Stock Cabinets, Laminate Flooring, Lumber, Pavers and Step Stones, Plywood, Pressure Treated Wood and Decking, Riding Mowers, Roofing and Tile.
Schedule:
Managers will be required to visit several in-field stores per day to evaluate deliveries.
Deliveries will be available 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday For THD store originating deliveries:
begin at 6:
00AM at the originating store Dispatch and/or administrative personnel shall be available to provide support if a delivery is being made, 6:
00AM to 8:
00PM Management:
Manager must be able respond to all customer complaints, delivery inquires, and escalations with coordination through The Home Depot store associate and/or management within same day of original contact.
Manager must be available off-hours to respond to escalated issues from The Home Depot within the same day of original contact Monitor Technicians goals and metrics, provide assessments, document service failures, and develop correction and improvement plans.
Ensure Technicians Uniform adherence.
Promote Dock Safety and ensure adherence.
