4K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Duties - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner -Have a vast knowledge of all services we offer - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers - Check-in patients - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Take payment at checkout -Help aid in the sales process -Help providers turnover rooms - Assure patients are signed up for our app - Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized - Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills - Knowledge of POS systems or experience in retail sales is beneficial - Familiarity with cash register operations is an advantage - Good phone etiquette and communication skills Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
