Job responsibilities include greeting patients, handling the phones, managing scheduling/appointments and providing information about services.
You will also be working with some billing duties to include verification of benefits, doing statements, submitting claims, explanation of charges to patients, etc.

Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone appointments Inform patients about payment methods and verify their insurance benefits Provide information about our services, treatment plans, etc.
Maintain updated stats and reports Interact with vendors and other community businesses social media postings Giving our patients the WOW experience Skills Work experience must be related to the dental field Experience with dental scheduling software Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience related to dental billing and ADA codes Characteristics You thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a must You have a business mind and work well with numbers and stats You are extremely capable around sales and patient education You are detail-oriented and self-directed You love to learn new things and you are a great problem-solver You love the idea of a natural approach to health and wellness You know the importance of setting goals and reaching them You are naturally enthusiastic with a glass-half-full attitude Your work ethic is impeccable and positive.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
