This is a highly visible position that maintains excellent communications with the front office team and customers.
A successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer service role and have strong grammar, spelling, and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and faxes in a courteous manner.
Maintain a neat and organized workplace.
Answer basic questions and direct customers to the appropriate individuals.
Organize business-related data and maintain databases.
Know how to use popular office software including document management systems, task management systems, and email clients.
Use standard office equipment including fax machines, copiers, scanners, and desktop computers in a professional manner.
