We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Operate coffee brewing equipment with precision and care - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist in food preparation and handling as needed Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours - Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including coffee brewing methods - Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures - Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating change accurately - Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions - Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry is a plus - Proficiency in food handling practices Join our team as a Barista and showcase your passion for coffee while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
