Job Responsibilities Receipting monies collected for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle sales Assist with scheduling and calling customers for service appointments Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.
Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelines Balancing the cash drawer and finalizing the deposit.
Provide backup coverage for main reception desk Organize and file service and accounting files as needed; purge files when necessary.
Light lifting Full Time Position:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Job Requirements:
We are looking for some one who is a team player, dependable, and can provide exceptional customer service.
Must have a positive attitude Must provide exceptional customer service Previous cashier experience preferred Previous Automotive experience preferred Accounting knowledge is a plus! Proficient computer skills Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written High School Diploma or equivalent
