This includes, but is not limited to:
1) Learn how to lead and run excellent shifts.
2) Delivering top quality food.
3) Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mikes way.
4) Using communication skills to motivate team members.
5) Role modeling a sense of urgency.
6) Embracing Jersey Mikes policies and procedures.
A Shift Leader is expected to:
1) Work 30
hours a week.
2) Have the ability to get to and from work on time.
3) Maintain open communication with AGM and GM.
4) Lead your team by example.
