Your Role as a Service Advisor:
As the front-line liaison between our customers and our service team, you play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Direct Collaboration with the Service Manager:
Work closely with our Service Manager to ensure smooth operation of all service activities.
This partnership will support you in decision-making, managing complex customer cases, and streamlining service delivery.
Customer Engagement:
Warmly greeting customers, understanding their service needs, and setting accurate expectations for service delivery.
Reservation Management:
Efficiently handling reservations for both our shop and U-Haul services, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Inspection and Estimates:
Collaborating with our shop manager and technicians to review vehicle inspections, create accurate estimates, and communicate these to customers.
Service Sales:
Utilizing your expert knowledge to recommend necessary services and products, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business success.
Order and Inventory Management:
Overseeing the ordering and receiving of parts, ensuring the right parts are available when needed.
In this role, you'll not only be the heartbeat of our service operation but also a key part of our management team, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and every vehicle is in top condition.
