CNC Machine OperatorWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at our facility located in Tinley Park, IL, 60477.
The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), machine setups for production runs, and quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with machine brands such as Haas, Brother, and Dmg Mori Seiki is a plus.
The second shift schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:
15 pm to 2:
15 am.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Mill machines (3-4 axis VMC) to produce high-quality partsPerform machine setups for production runs according to job specificationsConduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet standardsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as neededMaintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Experience working with CNC Mill machines in a manufacturing environmentAbility to perform machine setups for production runsStrong attention to detail and quality inspection experienceFamiliarity with machine brands such as Haas, Brother, and Dmg Mori SeikiExcellent communication and teamwork skillsYou should be proficient in:
