Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multi task simultaneously in a fast pace environment
Ability to react quickly, calmly and with sound judgement to customers request and complaints
Intermediate level MS applications and the ability to learn new systems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
