CNC Machinist
CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift
The Level 2 CNC Machinist will be responsible for the manufacturing of various parts and fixtures in the Leary product portfolio. A strong understanding of machining principles, CNC machines and precision measuring tools is required. They must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions and work well in a team environment as well as individually. An ability to adapt and focus under dynamic working conditions to meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work is needed. Must be a self-starter and responsible for staying on task and completing assignments on time.
Requirements
Two to Four years' machinist experience OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Proficiency with Setups on Vertical Mills/Lathes; preferably both
Proficient with G and M codes with experience in sub-programming a plus
Familiarity with Fanuc Controller on turning centers or equivalent
Familiarity with Fadal 88 Controller on Vertical Mill or equivalentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
